If we talk about 21st century learning, The method that teacher should use is student-centered. There are so many benefit from using Student-centered for learning. One of them is students will have a better understanding because they gain the knowledge by their own effort.

Then, how about the teaching method on demonstration school of Thepsatri?

The teacher are still use bottom up approach, teacher-centered. The focus are mostly to the teacher and the text book. But, even though the method is still using teacher-centered learning, the teachers there were not really strict to their students. Also, the students were really obedient when it come to the learning.

The teacher encourage them to speak English in the class. Sometimes, it will become top down approach by the end of the class.
